中国石化微信公众号29日消息，4月28日，中国石化与巴斯夫为南京一体化生产基地扩建项目奠基。该一体化基地由双方共同出资设立的扬子石化-巴斯夫有限责任公司负责运营。此轮扩建及新建装置将于2023年底投产。
