上海能源4月22日晚间公告，近日，董事会收到包正明的书面辞职报告，因工作原因，包正明请求辞去公司第八届董事会董事、董事长职务。根据《公司章程》的有关规定，包正明的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。新任董事长选举产生之前，由副董事长毛中华履行公司董事长职务。
