AlmaLinux团队今天宣布了他们9.0测试版的里程碑。在过去的一年中，AlmaLinux已经证明了自己有能力成为一个受欢迎的、基于社区的RHEL替代品，它是在红帽宣布将停止零成本的CentOS Linux下游版本后开始发展的。
AlmaLinux 9 Beta跟踪了在Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9中发现的变化，并转而使用Linux 5.14内核和比RHEL8/AlmaLinux 8更多的软件包更新，如使用GCC 11系统编译器、Python 3.9、PHP 8.0等。
