自当地时间4月16日零时起，白俄罗斯将禁止在欧盟注册的车辆通过欧亚经济联盟的海关边境进入白俄罗斯，但允许上述车辆通过某些检查站到指定地点进行货物装卸作业和换挂。
而对于在今年4月16日之前进入白俄罗斯境内的在欧盟注册的车辆，4月23日前则不受限制。在欧盟注册的运载邮政货物和活体动物的车辆不受到限制。
