近日，国家药监局批准了江苏先声药业有限公司的抗新冠口服药物SSD8432的临床试验申请。SSD8432靶向对新冠病毒的复制增殖起起关键作用的3CL蛋白酶（3-chymotrypsin-like protease，3CLpro），对多种新冠病毒毒株，包括南非株、德尔塔株、奥密克戎株等具有极强的抑制活性。
