当地时间4月5日凌晨，秘鲁总统卡斯蒂略发表全国电视讲话宣布，鉴于近日全国发生因抗议通胀引发的暴力活动，以及因罢工引发的全国多地交通混乱，政府宣布从当天凌晨2时起在首都利马实施宵禁，持续至5日深夜11时59分。
