16:10 【北京今年拟供应87宗租赁住房用地 近八成用于建设保租房】财联社3月31日电，北京市规划和自然资源委员会对外发布了2022年拟供租赁住房用地项目信息，共计87宗，约307公顷。其中，有近八成用地将用于建设保障性租赁住房。2022年一季度，北京市租赁住房用地已实现供应71公顷，完成全年任务的24%，较去年同期增加1倍。
