恒大汽车公告，董事会正在了解恒大物业相关情况。恒大表示，根据上市规则要求，公司股份将于2022年4月1日上午九时正起停止交易。公司将与审计师通力合作，力争在停止交易后大约三个月左右完成2021年审计工作，刊发经审核业绩并尽快向联交所申请公司股份恢复交易。此外，恒大汽车目标于2022年6月22日实现“恒驰5”量产。
