当地时间２８号，一枚水雷出现在土耳其沿海，这是自本月２６号以来土耳其沿海第二次出现水雷。土耳其国防部称，这枚水雷出现在邻近保加利亚的黑海西岸城市伊内阿达沿海，已经被摧毁。土耳其博斯普鲁斯海峡入口水域２６号出现一枚水雷，最终被土方摧毁，海峡短暂停止通航。
