证券时报e公司讯，浙江东方(600120)3月24日晚间公告，为进一步推动中韩人寿改革发展、转型升级，公司拟向关联方中韩人寿保险有限公司(简称“中韩人寿”)增资，增资金额约为3.03亿元。增资完成后，公司将成为中韩人寿的单一第一大股东。
