2022年3月21日上午，缅军东中部军区司令拉莫（Hla Moe）少将在总部会见了掸邦南部朗科镇区的贺猛（ဟိုမိန်း）民团和朗科（လင်းခေး）民团以及莱林镇区的卡里（ကာလိ）民团和莱卡（လဲချား）民团。
在会议期间，拉莫少将首先发表讲话，之后同有关负责人协调了民团的需求并提供食物。
