Chinese sausage不是“中国香肠”，而是“腊肠”的意思。那我们过年吃的“香肠”英语怎么说呢？其实就是sausage。中国的香肠和外国的香肠区别不大，所以都叫sausage。
但腊肠就不一样了，基本上只有中国有，所以在sausage前面加上Chinese，特指中国的“腊肠”。
