一边谈判，声称即将达成协议，最晚五月停战云云。都是欺人之谈。都是斗大鹅玩的。
看来停战无望也。所谓谈判，只是拖的战术，以拖而消耗缓解大鹅军进攻压力，固守待援。消耗待变。
