集微网消息，据精测电子消息，上海精积微半导体技术有限公司（以下简称“上海精积微半导体”）已斩获两台明场检测BFI100型设备订单，该型号设备主要用于65nm-180nm的半导体产线制程监控。首台设备将于今年10月出机。
据了解，明场检测设备一般用于有图形晶圆的缺陷检测。作为半导体前道检测必备的主设备，明场检测的核心技术一直被国外几家公司垄断。
