3月10日晚间，黑龙江省哈尔滨市应对新冠肺炎疫情工作指挥部办公室发布通告：根据国务院防联控机制有关要求，经专家综合研判，哈尔滨市指挥部决定，自2022年3月10日24时起，将道外区卫星路38号调整为中风险地区。其他地区风险等级不变。
