美元兑俄罗斯卢布USD/RUB在EBS平台上的交易价格涨至106.9975，较周五的收盘价上涨27%。美元指数亚市盘初涨近1%。
XE实时交易平台数据显示，近一周来，俄罗斯卢布持续震荡下跌。
此外，非美货币普跌，欧元兑美元跌近1%，英镑兑美元跌约0.3%。(完)
