智通财经APP讯，海伦司(09869)发布公告，于2022年2月23日，办公物业已经收购完成，并完成物业交付手续及必要的登记手续，且已取得房屋所有权证。
据悉，于2022年1月28日，公司全资附属公司武汉餐饮与长江产业园订立物业收购协议，据此，武汉餐饮同意自长江产业园收购办公物业，代价为人民币2.23亿元。
