2月21日，太原汽车站发布消息，受疫情影响，发往呼和浩特方向班车应属地疫情防控要求即日起暂时停运，何时恢复运行另行通知。
停发班车线上的购票旅客，可以线上退票或前往车站售票窗口退票。旅客如有疑问可拨打太原汽车站售票厅咨询电话0351-4042346或者联网售票客服电话4000884365、4001639688咨询。
