乐居财经讯 张林霞 2月17日， 北京石景山刘娘府1604-654-1等地块举行现场竞拍，经过10轮的争夺，最终绿城以40.17亿元竞得该宗地块，可售楼面价约6.06万元/㎡，溢价率为6.55%。
据悉，该地块共吸引了华润、中海、绿城、金地，共4房企参与竞价，起拍价为37.7亿元，起始楼面价约4.01万元/㎡。
