2月13日晚7时许，一辆浙C牌大型客车行驶至连霍高速公路（天水-兰州方向）1522+400处时，突发故障，乘客滞留高速，情况危急。陇西高速交警接报警后启动应急预案，第一时间赶赴现场。经过1个小时的紧急救援，将21名滞留乘客转送其它车辆前往目的地兰州。
