格隆汇2月13日丨捷成股份(300182.SZ)公布，新疆华秀文化传媒有限公司(“新疆华秀”)为公司旗下控股子公司捷成华视网聚(常州)文化传媒有限公司的控股子公司。新疆华秀于近日与深圳市腾讯计算机系统有限公司(“腾讯”)签订了《影视节目授权合同》，合同金额为人民币18亿元(含税)，占2020年度经审计营业收入的56.54%，已超过公司最近一个会计年度经审计主营业务收入的50%。
