齐鲁网·闪电新闻1月29日讯山东大学第二医院感染及肝病科主任王磊介绍，戊肝是一种急性损伤，一般不会发展成慢性。但是戊肝对肝脏的损害比甲肝严重，病死率在1%。
王磊提醒，老年人、肝硬化患者、孕妇感染了戊肝容易发展成重症，预后较差，应该引起高度重视。
