齐鲁网·闪电新闻1月29日讯近日，济南自然资源和规划局发布国际金融城北区A-1地块建设工程规划许可批前公示。图示显示，该处将建一栋35层、高约186.3米的超高层建筑。
根据公示，该项目位于工业南路以南、横三路以北、纵五路以东、纵六路以西，用地性质为商业商务用地，用地面积为13419m²，总建筑面积为109956.32m²，其中地上建筑面积为78098.58m²，地下建筑面积为31857.74m²。
