格隆汇1月24日丨据市场消息，汉莎航空(Lufthansa)洽购意大利国营航空企业ITA Airways。消息人士称，两间公司仍在商讨入股条款，因此入股作价仍未有定案。
另一位消息人士指，汉莎洽购的股权超过4成，而洽商可能还要一段时间。
