1月21日，圆通快递回应贵州六盘水一处网点快递员站高处暴力摔包裹事件。圆通方面称，事发于1月19日，该快递员因有亲属意外去世情绪失控，对包裹做出不当行为。事后已对小哥进行批评教育，因考虑到小哥家中变故，并未对小哥进行处罚。
