财联社（上海，编辑 史正丞）讯，美国当地时间周二早晨，互联网巨头微软发表官方声明称，将以每股95美元的价格收购游戏巨头动视暴雪，交易价值达到687亿美元，这也是微软有史以来交易价格最高的收购。
