12月27日－28日，县经信商务局会同夹江生态环境局对工业企业重污染天气应急响应措施落实情况开展明察暗访，发现夹江县宏正木材加工厂、夹江县凯歌瓦业有限公司2家企业未按要求执行橙色预警应急响应措施。随后，县经信商务局立即对其采取断电措施，并将其违法违规行为移交夹江生态环境局进行处理。
