5日中午，洛报融媒记者从洛阳高速交警支队获悉，截至1月5日13时，目前洛阳辖区除洛栾高速、洛卢高速、郑栾高速各站口因道路结冰封闭，其余各条高速恢复正常通行。
洛阳高速交警提醒，雨雪天气后，请广大司机减速慢行。
