堌堆村全称为“八里堌堆”村，据《吕氏族谱》记载，明代初期（1368—1398年），吕氏来此于古烽火台遗址东建村，因距古滕县城八里路，又有高约十数米的滕南烽火之台而得名，故名八里堌堆。位于洪绪镇东部，腾飞西路北侧，全村共282户，731人，党员32名，耕地面积201亩，辖区拥有今缘春酒业、国家粮食储备库等农业龙头企业。
