上坤地产12月29日在港交所发布公告称，截至经延长届满期限，现有票据1.392亿美元（占未偿还现有票据本金总额约75.24%）已根据交换要约有效提交作交换并已获接纳。
同时，上坤公告称，将发行2023年到期的1.392亿美元票据，利率13.5%。
