证券时报e公司讯，艾迪药业(688488)12月28日晚间公告，与南京药石科技股份有限公司就共同开发抗HIV长效治疗药物项目签订《项目合作开发框架合同》，双方共同确定抗HIV长效治疗药物靶点和适应症，合作确定至少一个临床候选化合物，合同首付款为200万元（含税），合同里程碑付款累计总额为1.19亿元。
