乐居买房讯 今日，湖南中原研究院发布了上周长沙楼市数据，上周长沙共监控到5个住宅项目开盘，推出552套房源，认购280套，整体开盘去化率51%。
其中位于岳麓区麓谷板块的麓谷山湖郡于12月20日开盘，推出176套面积109-142㎡的房源，均价11049-10200元/㎡，销售129套，开盘去化率73%。项目周边竞品较多，且此次推货量较大，整体开盘表现不及前2次。
