12月24日，全国人大常委会会议表决通过了噪声污染防治法。法律将于2022年6月5日起施行。噪声污染防治法规定，任何单位和个人都有保护声环境的义务，同时依法享有获取声环境信息、参与和监督噪声污染防治的权利。对恼人的夜间施工噪声、机动车轰鸣疾驶噪声、娱乐健身音响音量大、邻居宠物噪声扰民等问题，法律都作出了相应规定，还静于民，守护和谐安宁的生活环境。
