驱动中国2021年12月22日消息，天眼查App显示，近日，北京斯年智驾科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增字节跳动关联公司北京量子跃动科技有限公司为股东，同时注册资本增至约1608.85万人民币。
据官网显示，斯年智驾是港口、干线物流无人驾驶方案和运营服务提供商。
