北京商报讯（记者 马换换）12月18日，据财新报道，"中植系"掌门人解直锟离世，享年60岁。
解直锟系A股大佬，Wind统计显示，解直锟控制的上市公司有凯恩股份、美吉姆、美尔雅、宇顺电子、准油股份、康盛股份、融钰集团，今年下半年还拿下ST天山的控制权。
据了解，解直锟，1961年生人，中国改革开放的第一代企业家，于1995年创立中植集团。
