证券时报e公司讯，道氏技术(300409)12月13日晚间公告，公司全资子公司广东佳纳在印度尼西亚投资设立了PT. JIANA ENERGY RESOURCES公司（简称“PT. JIANA ENERGY”）,从事镍矿产品和矿石大型贸易。PT. JIANA ENERGY注册资本为100亿印尼盾，为广东佳纳控股子公司。后续公司将择机在印度尼西亚开展建设镍资源冶炼项目。
