智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，激素替代疗法研发商Biote Holdings将通过与特殊目的收购公司Haymaker Acquisition Corp. III并购上市。
Biote和这家特殊目的收购公司的合并后将价值约7.4亿美元，知情人士表示。该交易中还包括约8,000万美元的信托银行债务融资，这将满足完成交易中的最低现金量要求。
知情人士透露，公告最早可能在周一公布，Biote和Haymaker Acquisition III的代表都拒绝对此置评。
据悉，2011年，妇产科医生加里·多诺维茨(Gary Donovitz)创立了Biote公司，该公司通过在皮肤下植入靶丸，为男性和女性提供激素治疗。它还培训从业人员诊断潜在的激素失衡症状，并执行治疗。
