上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）灵康药业公告，全资子公司海南灵康制药有限公司与赤峰源生药业有限公司签署了《药品上市许可转让协议》，公司以2,000万元受让丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液（100ml：20g）（按化学药品新注册分类批准的仿制药）的上市许可所有权、使用权及该产品的生产技术等所有权益。
