证券时报e公司讯，獐子岛(002069)12月3日晚间公告，公司拟将庄河分公司的相关资产出售给大连长盈海洋牧场有限公司，总价款合计9500万元。交易后，初步测算，预计公司可回收流动资金9500万元，增加净利润约7000万元。
