证券时报e公司讯，中天金融(000540)12月2日晚间公告，公司拟将中天城投集团有限公司（简称“中天城投”）100%股权转让给佳源创盛和上海杰忠，转让价格89亿元。出售中天城投股权有利于公司集中资金优势，聚焦金融业务发展领域。预计此次交易将增加公司净利润约11亿元。
