北京商报讯（记者 马换换）11月26日晚间，宏达新材(002211)披露公告称，公司接到控股股东江苏伟伦投资管理有限公司（简称"江苏伟伦"）的通知，其收到镇江市丹徒区监察委员会《立案通知书》，江苏伟伦因涉嫌单位行贿罪问题被立案调查。
宏达新材表示，本次立案事项系针对公司控股股东江苏伟伦，公司生产经营活动及规范运作方面暂不受相关影响。
