智通财经APP讯，俄铝(00486)发布公告，集团成员公司与En+的联系人订立合约，根据该合约，En+的联系人同意向集团成员公司提供维修服务(新维修服务合约)。
根据新维修服务合约及先前披露的维修服务合约条款，集团于截至2021年12月31日止的财政年度应付En+的联系人的年度交易总额估计约为1601.9万美元。
