美国最大疏浚工程公司GLDD将建造美国第一艘符合琼斯法案的抛石船。该船由乌斯坦设计，美国船厂Philly Shipyard, Inc. 建造。
该船长140米，宽34米，拥有20,000吨的抛石能力，采用舷侧抛石方式，为海上风机基础和海底电缆提供抛石保护。
除了已生效的这艘，该合同还包括一艘选择项，第一艘船预计在2024年第四季度交付。
