智通财经APP讯，德斯控股(08437)发布公告，由于公司与Deloitte & ToucheLLP(Deloitte)不能就截至2021年12月31日止财政年度的审核费用达成共识，故Deloitte已辞任公司核数师，自2021年11月8日起生效。
此外，根据审核委员会的推荐建议，信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(信永中和)已获委任为公司的新核数师，自2021年11月19日起生效，以填补Deloitte辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止。
