智通财经APP讯，云天化(600096.SH)发布公告，近日，金新化工收到呼伦贝尔市应急管理局《整改复查意见书》(呼应急复查〔2021〕003号)，金新化工已按要求完成整改，同意恢复生产经营活动。目前金新化工已恢复正常生产经营。
经财务部门初步测算，金新化工此次非计划停产导致公司2021年归母净利润减少6300万元左右。
