证券时报网讯，据辽宁省纪委监委11月16日消息，盘锦市政府党组成员、副市长，市公安局党委书记、局长申海青涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受纪律审查和监察调查。简历显示，申海青，1969年出生，1990年参加工作，在职大学学历，硕士学位。申海青还曾任辽宁省公安厅技侦总队政委（副厅级）等职务。
