11月3日晚间，中南建设发布10月销售简报。
2021年10月实现合同销售金额165.2亿元，销售面积134.4万平方米。1-10月累计合同销售金额1702亿元，同比增长1.1%；销售面积1251.3万平方米，同比减少1.3%。
建筑业务方面，2021年10月新承接(中标)项目8个，预计合同总金额11.7亿元。1-10月新承接(中标)项目预计合同总金额201.6亿元，同比减少13.4%。
