乐居买房讯 11月1日，重庆市规划和自然资源局发布《南岸区黄桷垭组团B24地块（富力南山公馆项目）控规一般技术性内容修改公示》。
信息显示，为提升城市品质、加强南山生态管控，将B24地块用地性质由旅馆用地调整为公园绿地，并新增公厕一处。
据了解，此次调规公示时间为2021年11月2日—2021年11月8日。
