匡河路两边四车道，南北各设两排停车位，造成双向只有一条车道通行，上下班造成道路极度拥堵，能否取消南边停车位加速通行效率？另外匡河路、徽毫路、龙砚路有很多机动车长期违法停车，更是造成道路不畅，交通部门能否加强管理一下？
