10月6日，浙江宁波一顾客称，从慈溪一家茶百道点外卖饮品时，在其分装的奶盖中发现蜘蛛。该顾客表示，目前已向有关部门上报反映。涉事茶百道门店店员回应称，在饮品制作过程中并未发现蜘蛛，该顾客收到饮品数小时后才向商家反映。该店工作人员表示，目前正在与顾客协商赔偿600元。
